"Best possible outcome! Today switched from Progressive to State Farm. I worked with a very nice lady named Aliyah. She jumped through hoops to resolve some extenuating circumstances that threatened my eligibility. Through several phone calls and many texts, I'm now set up with auto, renters, and term life insurance. All for about 65% of what I was paying progressive for auto alone. "I had a chip in my windshield.Called State Farm at the glass repair shop, filed a claim , it was repaired in less than an hour and back home. Insurance agent Jeff Blooms office text me that day and then called to make sure everything went well.
