"I have maintained a policy with this office for an extended period. Recently, an issue arose concerning underwriting and the potential cancellation of my policies due to an individual using my address with whom I have no contact or means of communication. For one week, Hannah, an exceptional agent within Jeff's office, collaborated with me and the underwriting department to prevent the cancellation of my policies.
